Detailed review: |
Bought this truck in feb. 06 as my first ford, have been a dodge guy for last 2 trucks and chevrolet prior. With the gas priceds the way they are I decided to go with the hype and try the more fuel friendly ford. Bought the truck used had just under 10k on it so I considered it broken in. well it went down hill from there. after the clearcoat peeled off in sheets 24k, the transmission replaced at 32k, and 2 'modules' at different times 16.5k and 35.4k I decided that I had had enough. Dealer was understanding, gave loaner truck each time I had a problem. They even called Ford and was told to give me an XTRA $3k of new one. Well as I stated in the begining my first Ford and my Last. as of 12/29/06 I am back with Dodge, its nice to be in a real truck again |
