Favorite feature: |
Solid comfort and ride with a great sound system. |
Least favorite feature: |
No roof rack system or ski bag for skiers. |
Advice to buyer: |
Not a sports car; but, a nice compromise for a luxury AWD. |
Detailed review: |
Great finish and loaded with good technology at a very nice price point.
Holds it's own against other AWD vehicles; although BMW 3/5 have stiffer suspensions in slalom/autocross maneuvers and are faster off the line. That being said, this car compares nicely off the track - which is where you will generally drive it!
I previously owned an Audi A6/4.2/sport pkg. The Acura is a nice match, but lacks the acceleration sound - desirable when listening to the sound system, but lacking when using the paddle shifters.
Redundant technology access takes some adjustment, but once mastered provides a nice safety-net when attention should be focused on the road.
All-in-all, this may be the most reliable in it's category - other than the Lexus GS, which has less horsepower. |
