Advice to buyer: |
Beware of rotors--warranty only turns them twice then you're stuck paying for new ones. |
Detailed review: |
Love the vehicle--but I have had it for leas than 2 years and have had to have the rotors turned twice--it has only 18,000 miles. The first time was 3000 miles. It isn't my driving, I only drive it on trips (interstate trips), we bought it to have for the 'good' car. I have a 1999 S-10 pick-up with over 106,000 miles and have NEVER had to turn the rotors and I drive it all the time. The dealer said it was because I live in the country and the rotors get hot from the start-stop routine????? I thought that was in town, if I start-stopped on the major highway I live on, I would be dead--if not from an accident, from someone being really upset with my driving. I will not buy another one. |
