Drive the vehicle first, ask any questiions about anything that you think is abnormal
Detailed review:
I have a 2007 Mustang Convert GT (Calif Spec) PURCHASED NEW. iT HAS A 5-SPEED TRANS. EVERY TIME YOU SHIFT THERE IS A RATTLE AND THEN CLONK when you disengage the clutch.I have been to three Ford dealers and one professional transmission builder, two of the Fpor dealers took for a ride and stated this was normal. The other dealer and the professional trans, stated the was something very wrong, None of the dealers even placexd it on the rack. One stated he thought the cluth was out of line and interfeared with the gear engagement. I called the factory and they had no other complaints so would not fix it. Do you have any knowledge of this condition? What recoarse do I have to solve this? Any suggestions would be very much appreciated. The vehicle had this problem when I drove a]out of the garage. They thought this sound was normal.
