Navigation system cripple by a 'safeguard' that is no appropriate and unwanted!
Advice to buyer:
Avoid the vehicle or at least avoid the navigation system.
Detailed review:
I have owned my Lexus ES350 for just over a week now. I regret the day I decided to buy it.
The navigation and audio systems are the problem. You see, Lexus (and parent company Toyota) feel that I don't really own the car. These systems have many of their functions disabled once the vehicle is moving. The trouble is, I wasn't told about this before the sale.
The real issue is, why can't a PASSENGER use the Nav system safely while the vehicle is in motion?
Its amazing, my $500 Garmin Nuvi doesn't stop me from using it when it is moving!
