persisent rear differential oil leak and subsequent body cracks d/t repetitive lifts

if you own one...please check for body cracks(rocker panels) after it has been lifted
Detailed review:
Love the look of the car...but am not really enjoying it. It has been serviced 3 times for oil leaks (rear differntial oil leak) Apparently it is a problem with some of these cars. First leak noted at a few hundred kms. Fixed 3 times. Just picked it up and leaking again. MOST UPSETTING is that now underside of car (rocker panels) are CRACKED. Dealer is telling me i am responsible for these cracks in body even though bottom of car is unscathed. A body expert has told me it is because of the vertical lifting of the car. It has been hoisted up to 15 times in the last 5 months for repairs that are never repaired. A roof latch is asynchronous..can't fix problem- in 3 times for this as well. One side opens automatically and other side needs manual lifting...kinda defeats the purpose of the 'pop' roof.
