I took delivery of this vehicle two weeks ago. To sum it up, it is Quiet, handles like a true sports car, and ergonomic. There is virtually no wind or road noise, OK, I had a Taurus previously, very little external noise. Great off the line acceleration (V-rated tires will spin but grab to send you off) and great passing power over 55 mph. Midrange passing 30-50 mph can be improved but do you expect for 210 horses. The 6-speed automatic transmission makes it feel like it has 250 horse power and it has no problem finding the right gear. I know this car will out-handle anything in it's class - TRUST ME! Make sure you get the SEL V6, it'll be worth the money. This car is Fords flagship vehicle and will take a bite out of Import sales all around. Quality is top notch with the seats more comfortable than the Ford 500 (also more leg room - if you can believe that) Back seat room is impressive for a smaller car and trunk space is satisfactory. Best purchase my wife and I has ever made. If you own a altima, Camry, or Accord, gotta give this one a try. |
