This is the biggest waste of money and I regret getting this car! AFter the first month, I nearly got killed because a wire fell from the engine and stalled as I was merging on an expressway! The electrical system as been a problem and now the engine is being serviced for another problem. The air conditioning doesn't work in the back, never has and they can't fix it. The seatbelts jam which is a safety hazard but Jaguar says it meets specifications and won't replace it because they say it's driver error. How can I be blamed because the seatbelt jams? Customers are not allowed to talk to anyone other than a lowly in Customer Services which speaks voluumes about how much they value their high end customers. I guess we are suckers for spending the kind of money we do for their cars and deserve poor customer service.
