God I love this car, after 1 year and 26k miles it's great. My wife and I drive from New England to Florida 3 or 4 times a year. We find the car comfortable, capable and thrifty. We also own a Porsche Boxster (21 mpg) and a Trooper (15 mpg.) The Civic is my choice to drive. My combined mileage 43.5 is little less than advertised. True the added price for the Hybrid may be hard to recover. Some minor gripes, the car can be a little buzzy at times, the mileage computer reads a little high (8 to 10% typically).
I talk about this car to any one who will listen. People are starting to avoid me at social gatherings. |
