I had 5 flats in the first 6 months(17,000 mi) on my '04 Sienna and more following. My dealer did not disclose that a tire shop needed specialized equipment to work on the tires. Worse yet, nobody gave me a post-purchase intro to the vehicle. They never explained the run flat tires or that the van had no spare! I discovered it days later as I was familiarizing myself with the van. These tires are terrible and it's very inconvient to get repairs. I have to drop off the van vs. just the effected tire if I had a spare.
