 Detailed review:

This will absolutely be the last car I ever buy new. My last Toyota as well. First problem is still a problem: dunlop run flat tires RS4000t something or others that cost $340 to replace EACH. With 20,000 miles on the tires, frequent DEALER service, alignment checks, the tires are worn out. My neighbor's Chrysler van w/ Michelin MX4s has over 50,000 miles on the set with more highway miles, more children/luggage and plenty of tread left. Toyota denies there is a problem with the tires; dealer recommends I replace them at their low price of 4 tires for price of 3. Dealer DID notify me of the recall for the radiator, power steering unit (comforting thoughts), tear out the noise-making vapor barrier from the driver's side door (thereby amplifying the noise from the passenger side door vapor barrier), fix the rattles and squeaks from the dash panel radio and tell me the DVD panel slippage is a known problem without a fix in sight (it won't stay at a set angle so my kids can't watch movies while traveling). Gas mileage is a problem, it barely gets any. First 5,000 miles got an average of 19.7mpg around town/highway, last 15,000 has gotten 16.7mpg. Oxygen/temperature sensor, computer error, nope, they say it's my driving. Maybe it's the tires but until treadwear indicators showed up last month, dealer told me they were wearing just fine. Avoid this car. Talk your friends out of it. Look up Sienna problems online on the various news groups and you'll agree, this one shouldn't have left the factory, and a class-action probably isn't too far behind. One year after buying, Kelly Blue book value is just over HALF new. Flee, while you still can.
