I researched and researched before I settled on the 2000 Toyota Sienna XLE and I paid a LOT of money for mine (luxury pkg.), but I have been EXTREMELY unhappy with my mini-van! Only two years old and it's burning oil, I've had to replace the driver's side window motor, and there is some kind of short in my air conditioning and electrical systems that we can't seem to pin-point (it comes and goes). Toyota has not been helpful at all. When I asked a service technician if this was 'normal' for such a new vehicle to have so many problems, he just shrugged his shoulders and offered no explanation or apology. I WILL NEVER, EVER purchase another Toyota for as long as I live. Was that clear enough?? |
