Detailed review: |
I have a manual transmission RAV4. It drives pretty well, kind of comfortable for an SUV, and has a lot of leg as well as cargo room. Removing the rear seats and you will have plenty more cargo space (would fit 3 twin mattresses). The power from this 4-cylinder engine is just enough to zip through traffic. The standard transmission shifts very well. Clutch pedal does not feel as light as in other cars I have driven, but one should get used to that after a while. This vehicle's overall length is actually a bit shorter than a compact sedan. Therefore, it is very easy too park, especially parallel parking. Good car overall. |
