Refuse to buy with Firestone tires. I have been told that they use Firestone because they can get them very cheap. You get what you pay for.
Detailed review:
great mini van. the only complaint is the tires. The tires are firstone and at about 2000 miles the front end would wobble at 30 mph then smoth out. Dealer found nothing.
I rotated the tires and the problem went away. I then rolled the tires acorss the floor and they had a bubble on one side. dealer still would do nothing. At 16,000 miles the front tires started wobbling again.
now all 4 tires have bubbles on one side.
Dealer still won't do anything about it. they say it is Firestone's problem. Firestone says it is Toyota's problem.
I just purchased 4 new Michelan tires, and cut the firestone tires at bubble with band saw and found the tread delamanating from the core. Toyota and Firestone still say not their problem. The Sienna is great now.
