I purchased my Matrix new in July of 05. It has been the worst choice in cars I have ever made. I took it in after 18,000 miles and was told that the tire wear was from a bent frame and they could not align it. The car had never been in an accident. I took it to a reliable alignment shop and they realigned it which has helped. I do not feel I can trust the dealer to work on it if the staff cannot tell a bent frame from poor alignement. The finish is so fragile I touch it up almost every week. This week the silver Toyota emblem on the back cracked in half.I wonder what it will look like in another year.
