Car's utter lack of dependability- electrical problems.
Advice to buyer:
AVOID AUDI if you actually expect to DRIVE your car around.
Detailed review:
Terrible dependability and dealer servicing.
No real problems until 24,000 miles (funny how that coincides with when the lemon laws expire.) Now have 42,000 miles and have visited the dealer 6 times in the past year for electrical issues- three times after needing a tow because the problem left the car unstartable. 2 extra visits were for re-repair of initial problem. Contacted Audi N.A. wondering if my plethora of problems is an anomaly or about average for other A6's. Apparently, all A6's are constructed as shoddily as mine. They've refused my request for an extended warranty. I will never buy an Audi again.
