Outdated image inside/out, masses of plastic interior, chassis leaves the driver remote from the action, not much else. |

If you cannot afford a ferrari or a porsche but want the......you can find much excitement in slower, cheaper cars! Corvette! |
Detailed review: |
The Corvette transmission really saps performance. When I punch the accelerator, it doesn't seem to find the right combination of torque and rpms (in other words, it goes to too low a gear, overrevs and then loses speed when it shifts). Heavy traffic would eat the clutch in no time plus wear out your leg. I drove a freinds' Porsche 996TT last year and the corvette isn't even close. The Porsche scared the heck out of me. |
