I love Jeep Grand Cherokees - this is my third. This is the best looking and performing one yet. However, in less than 13000 miles it has no brakes left, the muffler was defective and on back order for the last 2 months, and the dealer service is the worst I can possibly imagine. They are not even trying to retain customers, and that is why this will be my LAST Jeep ever, I wanted the BMW X5 - I should have gotten it. I got my wife a BMW 3 series about the same time as I got my Jeep, she has not had one service issue - she hasn't even needed an oil change yet. Also, the BMW dealer has called ME 4 times just to see how the car is.
I will never buy American again. |
