V-TEC engines ability to run with cars with 200+hp
Least favorite feature:
I changed to APEXi exhaust which +hp, stock was too quiet for me
Advice to buyer:
Look for one that has never left stock or been raced
Detailed review:
I was looking for a car with v-tec for a good price. My entire family have been Honda/Acura enthusiasts because of their reliability, prices, and their ability to handle with flying colors on the street or at the track. I was at first looking at a 2000 Integra Type R which I think is just a Si with a different body but I didnt really like the way it looked so I went with the 2000 Civic Si. As soon as I took the car for a test drive I fell in love with the sound of the v-tec engine. Its been a while since I bought the car and the only thing I had to do to it was change the oil and re-fill the windshield washer fluid. You will never know how much fun it could be to just drive to work or school until you buy this car.
