The 2007 Ram 1500 Mega Cab 4X2 is a 4-door, up to 6-passenger full size pickup, available in two trims, the SLT SWB and the LARAMIE SWB. Upon introduction, both trims are equipped with a standard 5.7-liter, V8, 345-horsepower engine. A 5-speed automatic transmission with overdrive is standard. The 2007 Ram 1500 Mega Cab 4X2 is a carryover from 2006.
