With the rising cost of fuel, the demand for crossovers has escalated and manufacturers are scurrying to fill the void with vehicles like the new Acura RDX, Ford Edge, Mazda CX-7, and Saturn’s first hybrid, the Vue Green Line. Among them are the Audi Q7, Cadillac Escalade, Chevrolet Suburban, Chrysler Aspen, and Mercedes-Benz GL-Class. These offerings provide everything from size and comfort to luxury and performance. Additionally, for those who desire SUV functionality but want some added capability under foot, Mercedes-Benz offers the ML63 AMG, while Toyota has the retro off-roading crowd covered with the new FJ Cruiser.
