With a freshening of the venerable New Beetle forthcoming, VW gave reporters a sneak peek at the subtle updates with the Volkswagen Ragster Concept. Though it's unlikely that this chopped, open-topped version will make production, engines updates that mirror those in the redesigned Golf and Jetta lineups probably will. Notice the subtle reshaping of the front fenders, the lower airdam, the sharper rocker panel extensions, and the clear-lens projector-beam headlights.
