Because the Saturn Sky plucks its stereo from the General Motors parts bin, and because the stereo in that parts bin was not designed for use in a convertible on a sunny day, it is virtually impossible to read the display screen when the top is down and the sun is shining. Aside from that fundamental flaw (read: short-cut), the stereo is easy to use and, in our test sample, included XM satellite radio with Monsoon speakers that can be plainly heard at speed with the roof removed.
