I post this recent photo of Paris Hilton to bring up a little-known perk of being rich and famous: The Beverly Hills Parking Pass. Oh you thought that was a parking ticket in her hand? Silly you. It's actually a receipt for the privilege of not having to use meters in LA. Someone like Paris simply parks her Bentley GTC, walks away, and an "attendant" leaves the parking pass receipt on her windshield.
