2009 Mitsubishi Lancer Sportback

We're not 100 percent certain that the Mitsubishi Lancer Sportback will wind up in the U.S. However, like the Mitsubishi Colt, it really should. The Lancer's primary rival is the Subaru Impreza, which comes in sedan and hatchback. We wonder how many people wandered into a Mitsubishi dealership and walked out without a car because they wanted a hatchback. Maybe not too many, but Mitsubishi's in trouble, and it needs to sell every car it can. The 2009 Mitsubishi Lancer Sportback may just be an ace in the hole.
