Is Busey on the Biofuel?

Given his often erratic behavior, Gary Busey has been accused of consuming a lot of substances, and I have a hunch he is on something new. He was out the other day in his old Mercedes-Benz, and to me Busey just looks like a guy running his engine on biofuel. No particular reason, not even sure this is a diesel, just a hunch. On an unrelated note, Gary Busey is my favorite actor, and I consider Under Siege to be a classic of unparalleled cinematic mastery.
