Fitting for a top-tier luxury vehicle, the 2007 Mercedes-Benz S-Class features an interior outfitted with tasteful real-wood trim accented by just the right amount of chrome. Front power seats adjust 16 ways, with optional heating and ventilation. Opting for the Drive Dynamic seats allows for a custom ride position and even a pulsating massage. On the outside, Mercedes has squared-off the previously sleek character lines, added fender detail, and given the 2007 S-Class a rear end that resembles the upscale Maybach. Those flared fenders are causing some controversy, but we think they provide a just-right subtle retro touch while replacing the somewhat bland lines of the previous model. But some pundits see a CLS-Class greenhouse sitting on a stretched and widened Ford Focus.
