2016 Mercedes-Benz C-Class Buyer's Guide
With the recent introduction of new smaller class of Mercedes-Benz sedans, the 2016 Mercedes-Benz C-Class has room to move further upmarket, as it is no longer tasked with serving as the entry-level Mercedes model line in the USA. Taking full advantage of this development, the C-Class has evolved just in time to be a stronger competitor in the emerging compact luxury sedan class. As the model was all-new for the 2015 season, the Mercedes goes into 2016 with only minor changes. Compared to its predecessor, which was launched in 2007, the 2016 Mercedes-Benz C-Class sedan has a three-inch longer wheelbase, and measures some 1.6-inches wider. While a coupe and a sedan will be offered eventually, for now the coupe still rides on the previous platform.
