What's New on the 2025 Model?

The Honda Accord and Accord Hybrid carry over with minimal changes for 2025.

Honda Accord Sedan Pros

Comfortable and spacious interior
advanced powertrain options
comfortable ride
excellent reliability and fuel economy
fun to drive

Overview

The Honda Accord is a mid-sized sedan, competing in a crowded segment against the Toyota Camry, the best-selling car in America for the past 15 years. But the Accord is no second-best, rather it provides savvy buyers with a more interesting alternative in a category populated with uninspiring sedan options. The Accord offers everything a buyer would expect of a mid-sized car, including excellent ergonomics, a roomy interior and all the storage space a family might need. However, it promises to keep driving interesting. The Accord doesn't reduce driving to a chore; it reminds its driver that transporting yourself from place to place can be fun and engaging.

Model Highlights

The 2025 Honda Accord comes with two different drivetrain combinations. The base engine is a 1.5L turbocharged 4-cylinder producing 192 horsepower mated to a continuously variable transmission that can alter gear ratios on the fly. The Hybrid version of the Accord is powered by a 2L 4-cylinder engine and an electric motor that produces 204 horsepower. The Honda Accord is available in two trims LX, and EX while the hybrid Accord is available in Sport, EX-L, Sport-L, and Touring. Even the base model LX trim comes well equipped with 17-inch wheels, LED daytime running lights, climate control, a rearview camera displayed on a 7-inch color touchscreen, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, 4 USB ports, push button starter, and Honda Sensing collision mitigation. The SE adds a sunroof, heated side mirrors, black wheels, heated front seats, dual-zone climate control, an 8-speaker sound system, blind spot warning, and rear collision warning. Standard features on the hybrid Sport include 19-inch wheels, full LED headlights, power driver seat and 8 speakers. If buyers choose the Sport with the bigger engine, they'll also get heated front seats, and a power moonroof. The EX-L gains driver's seat memory, and an auto-dimming rearview mirror. Top-of-the-line Touring models are offered with a power-adjustable passenger seat, heated and ventilated front seats, navigation system, front and rear parking sensors, adaptive dampers in the suspension, and heads-up display. Safety features across the lineup include 10 airbags, active lane departure warning, forward collision mitigation, rear collision warning, driver attention alert, and pedestrian detection.
